I can't get any answers from HP Helpdesk and they refused to send me a manual as well (I purchased monitor for Harvey Norman as shop second so no manual came with it). I am trying to get the camera to work (it pops up at the top of the monitor. I'm using a MacBook Pro with USBC inputs. Just purchased a USBC to USBC cable to see if that worked but guessing it needs a driver or some sort of software. Can anyone help?

@Caz_Arina

Its specs which does not say it has a webcam:

Are they (Mac machine and HP monitor) COMPATIBLE ? They should send you the following link for manuals (including User Guide) - yes, it has a webcam.

It definitely does a camera that pops up at the top. I purchased a USBC to USBC cable, attached it to my Mac and after a couple of days (I didn't download any programs or drivers) IT STARTED WORKING! All very odd as everywhere I looked the model number didn't match up or look like my monitor (as it has the B&O speaker across the bottom) but the model on the actual monitor says it is as per above. Thanks anyway! Mystery solved (well not really)...
