HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP Reverb G2 VR Headset has developed a dead pixel on the corner of the right eye and it's been impossible to play with, especially in dark settings as it's very obvious and distracting. I have tried resetting and troubleshooting but it's still there.

It's still under warranty and I want to know what my options are in terms of repair/return?

I've tried calling the technical support number but have not been able to get through to a real person - it keeps directing me to use the WhatsApp number and then hanging up. I tried messaging the WhatsApp number and I've only received one reply in over half an hour so far which is: "Thank you for contacting HP WhatsApp support . How are you doing today ?" Plus the fact that I have to even install WhatsApp on my phone to even contact them is a bit unbelievable...

How do I get in touch with a real person about this? Just want to know if I can get a repair or a refund.

Thanks.
