Hi

I am looking at the HP 24x Gaming Monitor:

https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-24x-238-inch-gaming-display

Warranty is Limited 1 year.

1. If my monitor is defective, does I get a replacement first, after which I can ship my defective monitor?

2. After how many days do I get the replacement monitor?

Thanks

@stevencys From what I know, the details on warranty should be mentioned here

That said, if you need more details:

1) We don't repair monitors, so replacement is the only option and yes, we'll ship a new monitor to you and you can ship the old one back.

2) Depending on your region, I believe it's between 5-7 business days (check with the phone support team at the time of repair for precise information).
