Need Help,

 

I have purchased OMEN SEQUENCER KEYBOARD 6 months ago. It was working properly but from last 5 days It is having auto key press issue. Some keys are getting pressed automatically line - numlock,  2,6 f11, home, delete, enter, arrow up, arrow right etc. But after disconnecting and connecting againg it is working for 5 min, then again starting the auto keypress issue. What I need to do please help me. I am using Windows 1o 64 bit. 

 

I am from Kolkata, India, if it needs servicing to the keyboard then where should I contact? Please help me. My gameplay has beed ruined.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
The Filter Keys function might be activated. Disable Filter Keys and return to the default keyboard behaviour.

  1. In Windows, search for keyboard, and then open Ease of Access keyboard settings or Change how your keyboard works.

  2. Make sure the Filter Keys option is disabled.

    Turning off the Filter Keys
    The keys should be more responsive.

Thanks but no help. Because it have tried this keyboard in different PCs but everywhere same issue. After 15- 20 min the auto keypress starting. If I just unplug the keyboard and plug it after 1 hr then its acting like same. Initially it starts to works but after some time the auto keypress starts.
