HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Hi, I bought a VR headset HP reverb g2 on 28/08/2022 and they ware defective 20.06.2023 and was replaced by new ones 31.07.2023 , now they are fault again hp logo is not illuminating there is power on power supply and square power box but  that little led on top of the cable near the headset is not illuminating  I have spoken to HP support and they  said it is a hardware fault, but the 1 year warranty from HP has expired and HP says I should contact the seller and ask fabout  24 month warranty . but seller will not help, they write to me:

"Yes, you have a 24-month warranty obligation, which is completely correct. As I said, however, there is a reversal of the burden of proof after 12 months at the latest, which means that you are in the obligation to prove that the article was already error -controlled when selling. Since the error has only occurred, it may not have already existed for purchase. Unfortunately, our hands are tied here, since we only act here as a seller and not as a manufacturer.

Has anyone had a similar problem or my headset just  died?
