Hi @Ardjoena,

I have read the post. For the installation to complete it hs to check all the boxes and the Bluetooth requirements need to be met for the installation to go through.

Please try the VR headset on a different computer to isolate the issue further.

If the issue persists, contact Hp phone support for further assistance by following the steps from my previous post.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as Accepted Solution as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.

Take care and have a blessed week ahead. 🙂

Cheers!

I had the same problem but mine was ACER. Had USB 3.0 and 3.1 (blue and red USB ports). Said on the mixed reality checker I had USB 3.0 but said the headset could not work with the USB port I was plugged into. Swapped around as suggested by others. No matter what, I did I could not get it to connect. Noticed also headset got very hot. Searched all over the Internet found nothing but this. Nothing here worked either. By chance as a last ditch attempt I changed my desk top resolution from 4K to 1080p. The headset then just came on, as if by magic. So that was the fix for me. I'm on Ryzen 6 core with ATI RX480. It works pretty much perfectly now unless I forget to change desktop to 1080. Posting here in the hope I can save some poor soul the same aggro we went through. Great headset though. 100% recommended.
