COMMAN CENTER MISSING STUFF

Well I got this back in february  and didnt know it didnt have a performance setting in the control center and have been trying to find out how to get it installed. I downloaded all the drivers and updates and it still hasnt worked.

i play call of duty on this and other games and it hit a red 87c  degrees for the gpu and thats when i tried to check a way to control the fans and noticed it said there was a performance tab. i wanted to know if anyone has had this issue and what way they fixed it. i come from an msi and razer platform where we can control fans but on this hp omen obelisk you cant. does anyone know of a different software as well to control light im very limited to what i can control as far as lighting

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Follow these steps to set the minimum fan speed on the computer.

NOTE: This does not give you manual control of the fans. The computer still controls the fans automatically.

1. Turn on the computer, and then immediately press F10 to enter BIOS.

2. Under the Power tab, select Thermal.

3. Use the left and right arrows to set the fans minimum speed, and then press F10 to accept the changes.
