HP OMEN LAPTOP WILL NOT TURN ON!

HP Recommended
HP OMEN 15

My HP Omen laptop will not turn on and the charger light that normally indicates when its charging also does not turn on. It just stopped working!!! I spent over $1450 on this laptop and brought a bunch of other things from this company in the past, if they cannot find a way to resolve this. It's time for me to take my money elsewhere.

@DDoreen,

I am a volunteer on this public forum.  Why you posted in a desktop forum would be interesting?🙄

1) The internal battery ran down because it was not charging.

2) Charger light is "OFF". Sounds like you had a disconnect between the power plug into the "brick".

     Push it firmly back into the brick.  The light should come "ON".

I posted on this forum by a mistake. I wanted to re-post my comment in a different section, but could not find the delete / removal option. I was probably supposed to post in the "gaming notebooks" section? Anyways, my internal battery was charging when it suddenly cut off without any indication. I plugged in power plug  to the "brick "multiple times but it still did not work. Thank you for your help & feedback.

@DDoreen

I have seen this recently.  Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. wait 30 sec then re-plug.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. The problem might be internal...
