Does the graphics card installed in this desktop meet the specs to run the Oculus Rift S? If not, what specific graphic card(s) will meet the specs and where's the best place to find one. Box says it has a NVIDIA GeoForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card with 6 GB GDDR6 dedicated memory.

There is the issue of your PC not having a DisplayPort output. You can get around that with an HDMI to DP adapter cable.
Your PC does meet the minimum requirements, but your PC is going to struggle with the games that have extreme graphics requirements.
Why not check out the Oculus Community forum to see if someone else had the same questions? That would have been my first stop for resource questions.
