Hi I lost the CMOS jumper cap - will this cause a problem? Can I replace it with a password jumper? Thanks

@Riannewow,

 

Yes, if the password jumper fits, you're fine.  Just make sure to fit the jumper to bridge pins 1 and 2.  If you bridge pins 2 and 3, you'll reset the BIOS, which I don't think you want to do.
