In my past experiences with HP AMD products; they treat AMD as second class. So don't expect a BIOS update for the stuttering issue for 99% of existing HP Ryzen laptops especially. They will most likely only implement the fix going forward, and with just a few existing workstation, and gaming laptops, and desktops.

I have a HP envy x360 15.6 2-in-1 laptop with the stuttering TPM issue. My CPU is an AMD ryzen 5700u. The list of HP computers does not include an update for HP envy x360 laptops. Seems HP does not care or acknowledge there is an issue. I just disabled the TPM in the bios to stopped the issue. Windows 11 seems to be functioning properly so far without a TPM.

I still can't seem to find stable working display drivers that do not crash every so often. I do not game on the laptop.
