Product: OMEN by HP 25

I currently have 2 OMEN by HP 25 monitors connected to my pc through display ports. I'm not trying to connect my switch through the HDMI port, but the monitor won't recognize the hdmi connection. Not sure where to go from here

What is your machine ? Many machines have HDMI port (on motherboard) which is disable.
