Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer has been making a squeeling/grinding noise for about a week now. I've pinpointed the problem as one of the GPU fans. I just need to know where I can find a replacement fan and getting a new gpu is out of my price range at the moment.

You said "one of the fans". The stock number on the parts list portrays a single fan. Shown here.

If this is the stock GTX 1060 card, it is likely not marked with the manufacturer's name.  If you can get the shroud off, there should be some type of markings on the card, and at least,  the part number on the fan.  It might be on the bottom of the fan hub.
