Well, sorry about that. All I can think of is maybe an update will fix it. We will have to wait and see.

Something is switched wonky in a setting somewhere, But I would have no way of knowing where.

To me, its not worth reinstalling Windows just for that. But if you just like messing with that sort of thing, that's up to you.
