Product: OMEN 40L Desktop PC Configurable Material Mode (ArtiA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I ordered an Omen by HP desktop (40L) it was supposed to come with 16GB *(8GBx2) of Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5 5200MHz RAM. I had an additional 2 Sticks of this RAM (XMP) etc. when I went to install it the PC would not boot. after messing around with it and realizing through My Device Specs -they installed my PC with DDR5 4800MHz ram not the 5200MHz - Now I know why my sticks wouldn't work. . . - What's the best route of corrective action? I assume contact HP Support..... Also side note my exhaust fan (Liquid cooled attached to the radiator) whines when it spins up. Should I request they replace this?
