No, I understand that it is not easy, but I cannot answer all your requests either
the point is that it's obviously a graphics card already in use, I can't tell you if it will work fine

Hello,
sorry i don't understand, what do you want after all?
you say you will have a gtx 1050, and want a cpu?
And then you indicate that you don't know if it will fit, but you don't want anything else.

https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c02674940
Now if this is your computer you won't be able to install much with a 250w power supply only
This should be min 300w depending on the model

Aloe motherboard specifications.

then
do you know the bios version, 7. x or 8. xx
depending on this you will not be able to use certain graphics cards, only uefi compatible

cpu

Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
  • TDP=125W
  • AMD Phenom II X4 9xx/9xxe/8xx Quad-Core (D)
  • AMD Phenom II X3 7xx/7xxe Triple-Core (H)
  • AMD II Athlon X4 6xx/6xxe (P)
  • AMD II Athlon X3 4xx/4xxe ®)
  • AMD II Athlon X2 2xx/2xxe ®)

So if i upgrade my powersupply it will work on the 1050ti?

for example if i were to buy a ''Corsair RMx Series 750W 80+ Power Supply''

Will it work? with the 1050ti?

What if i don't change the CPU and keep the CPU the same.

Would the GPU still work? If it doesn't please tell me which cpu works.

I would need a graphics card first.

and it says i have a bios version of 6.

HP Recommended

In theory only old graphics cards
AMD Radeon HD 6xxx cards, or a Nvidia GT (X) 6xx card
can be used
on condition of having the required power supply for the chosen model

then will the EVGA GeForce GT 640 2048MB GDDR3 Dual DVI, mHDMI Graphics Card 02G-P4-2645-KR work?

work with the power supply? if it doesn't, tell me which budgeted power supply i should get.

HP Recommended

It is possible, but you will have to check the manufacturer data
Otherwise you have examples here

https://support.hp.com/rs-en/product/hp-pavilion-p6700-desktop-pc-series/5035348/model/5064103/produ...

this model with the same motherboard, and power supply

HP Pavilion p6787c Desktop PC Product Specifications

AMD Radeon HD 6450

but it may be difficult to find this type of card now

i wanted the EVGA GeForce GT 640 2048MB GDDR3 Dual DVI, mHDMI Graphics Card 02G-P4-2645-KR .

I changed the mind cause the other GPU is too hard to get.  Then, will this (gt 640) be compatible with my current (250w) power supply? if not, which cheap and compatible power supply should i get?

HP Recommended

Sorry, it looks like no, you haven't searched like I said for the manufacturer recommendation ..
I found this

https://www.amazon.fr/EVGA-02G-P4-2643-KR-GeForce-GDDR3-graphique/dp/B0086UXQES

Minimum power supported: 350 W

My advice would be to keep costs as low as possible.
You will not have a very powerful computer anyway.
Look for a graphics card, as mentioned above
otherwise, for the power supply I can not advise you I think
