hi, i have a hp 2af3 with a gt710 hooked up on it is it compatible with na msi gtx 1060 ir a msi 1050ti?

The MS-7826 (Kaili) motherboard is compatible. Others have reported using the GTX 1060 just fine on it.
Your HP PC should have UEFI bios version 8 or higher on its drivers page, but you did not mention what model number it is.

Was the desktop made by HP or was the motherboard put into a different system?
HP- open the HP Support assistant and you will find the product number of the PC.
