HP omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had an issue where my headphones weren't working right after unboxing my brand new omen 15. I saw a few solutions in a different topic however, you don't need to download anything to fix it. You can simply go to Device manager,  find your audio driver and roll it back to a previous version. (this will only work if your audio driver isn't visible).

Hi@moomen19,

 

We understand the issue with the sound on the headset.

 

May I no the headset is connected properly ?

 

Check with the different headsets?

 

Try switch to the audio setting .
