Microsoft Windows 11

Hello i need help with my omen 16

yesterday i have updated my drivers thru nvidia geforce experience app because it asked me to

Everything was going well until it asked me for a restart after I restarted i couldn’t access my windows it was just a blank screen then i decided to reinstall windows so i went into the bios and it asked me for an administrator password which i have never set

i went to the store i bought it from and the guy that installed my windows did not work there anymore

They contacted me to their service center

“evo” which is an  hp official tech center as they said they asked me to change mother board to recover the bios password which i have never set and I don’t know it they gave me a ridiculous price which i can not afford is there a way to recover the bios password without changing the motherboard?
