Hey guys,
My laptop model is hp omen an009tx.
And I am willing to buy a 4k monitor for work purpose but I'm in a dilemma that will my laptop be able to give 4k output or not.

Yes it will. But you will want to use the Displayport for the connection.

Yes your system will support a 4K external monitor.
Its using a GTX 1070 card and has DisplayPort 1.2 (actually a Mini DisplayPort which is the same thing, just a smaller port).
