Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been going back and forth with tech support on how terrible the battery life is on this laptop. I regret my purchase. i spend over $2K on this garbage machine and the battery doesnt even last 1.5 hrs and thats without gaming. They are sendiing me a new battery that is back ordered and wont be receiving until 4/2 but I know the samething is going to happen again. HP laptops are known for very short battery life and i wish i had stuck with my instinct and purchased the Dell Alienware instead. You crooks false advertise and say that the battery will last 4-6 hrs with gameplay and 6-8 with casual use but thats not true. Very dissapointed with HP and their terrible terrible customer support. Garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!
