HP Omen 16 Advantage Edition is running hot when playing games and is overheating

I have a HP Omen 16 Advantage Edition and it seems to be overheating. It has a AMD Ryzen 7 CPU and AMD RADEON Graphics card. It runs at 50 C normally but when I open a game (specifically a 3D one) it shoots up to 85-90. I was playing Yakuza 0 (which should be able to run on this laptop) and the computer got so hot (100+) that it throttled and shut down after a hour of playtime. I tried the game again to make sure it wasn't a fluke and after 30 mins it shut down again. I feel like this shouldn't be happening as this laptop is new (I got it in December). Is there anything I can do to reduce my temperatures?

All machines (desktops or notebooks .... ) will get hot and gotter when play games (light to heavy) or doing heavy works. Your machine would get over 90°C when play games which require a lot power of CPU and GPU.

The only option is to make machines run cooler. There are many way such as water cooled, water chilled, ... (I worked on machines using same cooling system as a car radiator before. I also worked on machines using chilled water run over the roofs and lately machines to run cooling system which is very similar to a fridge) .
