Product: Pavillion 15 gaming series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to create recovery media. Whenever I try to install hp recovery manager it doesn't get install it quits automatically.

Please help

Hi:

 

Your notebook may be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
