Product: Example: Hp Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought Hp omen 15 en0001AX and on this device I can't able to get rgb lights because lighting studio doesn't show the keyboard to set the lights.

When i open the omen lighting studio it give blank screen. I am not able to use lighting studio

Can you see Effects option on the right side ? Please pick an option first
