OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP-Omen Laptop keeps giving a boot error ( Boot Device Not Found Please install an operating system on your hard disk Hard disk (3F0)) error when I try to reboot it.  I tried removing and reinserting the SSD that came with the laptop, in both the Gen 3 and Gen 4 M.2 slots, and yet the issue persisted. I even tried the same with a new Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD, which I verified to be working correctly on a PC, and yet, I get the same error. The laptop came with windows 11 preinstalled. When I try to install windows, it isn't recognizing the SSD at all.

Any help would be appreciated.
