I am having an issue where my screen jerks up by around a centimeter (this amount varies) and then returns to normal when I jump with spacebar in games. It does not happen every time I jump, but is sporadic. Once it does start, it seems to last for the next few jumps, and then it will be fine for a while.

This has occurred in every 3D game I have played, including Overwatch, Just Cause 3, Slime Rancher, etc. I have not noticed any other wierd mouse behavior outside of games. I have tried using different mice (wired and wireless), as well as disabling the touchpad while gaming. HP Support has no new updates, and I am using the latest Windows version. There are no other programs running that I could see causing this. This is not a new issue, it has been happening since I got the laptop in early August.

The issue turned out to be my palm moving the touchpad. This is solved by disabling the touchpad while in games (fn + F11). I could have sword I tested this but I guess not.

Sorry for the delay. The product number is 2V927UA#ABA. All of my drivers are up to date and the issue is still occurring.
