Product: Omen laptop, 15-ax001np
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop only charges while turned off, the light near the charger hole is white while turned on and orange while turned off. 

 

When I plug and unplug the charger while turned on, it says charging for 10seconds (without charging even 1%) and then it goes back to dont charge.

The HP Omen 15 has this weird charging issue. It always charges when the laptop is shut down and sometimes charges as can be seen in the video. This video does not provide any solution but describes a major HP laptop issue that they don't have a solution to.
