Hi there.

I purchased a HP Victus a month ago. It doesn't power on, I sent it back to the shop I purchased it from.

They said that they sent it to the local warranty centre and my warranty was denied.

 

An IC on the motherboard blew and the warranty would not be honored.

 

No option was given to repair or replace the board.

 

I was told there is nothing more to be done. A 1 month laptop, new, stopped working and I there is nothing I can do.

 

So I'm posting here, hoping I get someone from HP to take notice and help me out. I am so disappointed with the Local support. The whole situation has made me so sour towards HP products.
