Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an Omen 15 and my command center is not showing lighting option. I saw videos on YouTube that have this option and works fine. I rode a post about the same issue and, when trying to open some links, the page was most likely removed.. 

 

 Can anyone help?

Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard light which similar to the following images

 

             OCC zone.png

 

If NOT, no Lighting option/feature.

Hi, after some searches, I found that a different model of my notebook has this lighting option. Is always an Omen 15 but a AMD Version instead of Intel. Few days ago I saw a post saying that BIOS version may be the issue... Is this right?
