Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

I've noticed that one of the fans at the bottom of my laptop has normal build-up of dust. The other doesn't. As far as I can tell the second fan (the one under the right side of the keyboard) doesn't come on. Is this normal or is there a way I can confirm if its working or not?

It has 2 fans which are controlled by heat sensors. One area is always more heat than the other (that is normal) therefore more dust.

 

Hope this makes sense.
