So I tried and unfortunately even uninstalling nvidia geforce experience I still have the same problem ... I do not have steam for now...maybe I did something wrong?Sans titre.png

it's ok it's back xD .. but i noticed that the battery is less by 7% when it came back maybe it's the way we shutdown the laptop? i'll try to leave the lid open abit after i shut it down maybe it needs some time to go into full shutdown cause i suspect that the reason is related to this just my own thought

hi if you notice when you unplug the battery charger, the process system cpu drops at once to 3% 4% to immediately go back to 15% 20%

Yes it's dependant on the power plan too which is weird i'm honestly lost but the fact that it stopped randomly is weird but atleast makes me think it's not very harmful

I'm starting to believe that this is hardware because I had the old hp omen chassis (i7 7700hq gtx1070) and I did not have this problem.

Before I had the HP omen W105NF(6700hq 1070), now the HP omen AN023NF(7700hq 1070) I meant that on the old model, I had no problem CPU

A friend of mine on a forum to exactly the same computer as me and he has no problem though, so I think the problem is hardware.

Guys, have you tried to wipe all data and install other Windows  then the one that comes with F11 recovery (eg. image from MS site)?
