Unable to connect to omen remote play

HP Recommended
Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It gives me an error message "Unable to connect to remove play servers" "Please try again later."

using Omen 15 and iOS iPhone

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Firstly, sign into the Omen Command Center
  • Next, run the Omen Command Center, sign in and click on Remote play and enable Streaming on Windows Start.
