Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

good day guys. please I just  got a new hp pavilion gaming laptop 15 but I observed that the battery  sometimes stops charging at 93 or 95 percent but the battery indicator shows that its full (that is it shows the white LED light). but at times it does get to 100%. please is this normal. if not, please what is the cause and what do I do
