Hello @ruhaan_1

In your case: Service is required !
- The notebook should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked
- General cleaning ...

Solution (A) If you have technical skills, you can do it yourself:

See: Maintenance and Service Guide

Solution (B) If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Additional notes:

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:

  • An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
  • The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
  • HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

Hello @ruhaan_1

Continuous overheating causes the thermal paste to dry out [ It loses its important function ! ], so that it has to be renewed. In this case, the thermal paste must always be renewed, otherwise components can be damaged.

Therefore I have strongly advised you to do the service.

best regards
