hello i wanted to ask if anybody else is experiencing problems with the keyboard , when i am playing a game some times some of the letters aren't responding when i press them on the second or third try they are responding . is there any software solution or i need to brig it to service ??

Is this for anything you do on the PC, or only a certain program?

If this happens for anything, it is definitely a warranty issue.

I don't really know, I only played "csgo" I haven't played other games... But when I am writing it seems OK...
