Help !!!!!

We have installed HPDM 4.7 and upgraded to SP 6 on a Windows 2012 R2 Server.  (we have previously used HPDM 4.6)

We can see all Thin Clients on our Network, both WES7 and Thin Pro 4/5 but we have the following issues.

WES7 (T520)

If we have the 4.6 HPDM Agent on the Thin Client we have no issues at all.

Upgrade the Agent to 4.7 we can then only capture an image but not deploy one, we get the following message on the HPDM Console :

ErrorCode: 14000072, Error Detail: Child process crashed., Error Info: Failed to read the report file. The child process might exit abnormally, exit code = 255.

Linux (ThinPro5)

We can capture and deploy connections configs and registry settings only.

If we try to capture or deploy an image we are told to upgrade the Agent.

When  we try to upgrade the Agent from 4.6.3 to 4.7 we get the following message on the HPDM Console:

ErrorCode: 14000072, Error Detail: Child process crashed., Error Info: Failed to read the report file. The child process might exit abnormally, exit code = 139

We are currently unable to manage any of our devices which making HPDM pointless.

We have looked everywhere for an answer but cannot find anything.
