One really upset customer here - not able to make any contact with HP to obtain cartridges - all my colour have run out and when I opened the box for new ones found only a black ink cartridge.  It is outrageous the way this company that offers to provide a no hassle ink replacement service then ensures that you cannot contact them.  That chat bot is absolutely usel4ess just goes around and around and congratulates itself.
