HP Recommended
Product: HP Zbook 15v G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I connect my screen to my USB-C port, nothing happens. (and the screen is not broken).
when I go to my device manager I see an error message with:
Thunderbolt (TM) Controller - 1577 called STATUS-DIVICE-POWER-FAILURE (This device does not start. code 10
 
And with PCI-to-PCI bridge: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers needed for this device (Code 31) The requested command is not a valid operation for the target device.
 
Does anyone have an idea if I can fix this and how.
