HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ADF on HP 8610 has never worked. It will not pick up paper. No jams. no ink., so clean

Message says: A scanner Automatic document [ADF] misfeed occurred. reload the pages into adf and try again.

 

I simply does not work - Scanner lid or document feeder is open.

 

The document feeder apparently should click down.  This one will not click down 

 

any ideas??
