Product: OfficeJet 8730
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an 8730 printer with options listed on the employee store (I am a retired HP employee). One of those options I selected and paid for was the 3 year support add-on. Following submission and reviewing the product online I find that HP are offering that 3 year support FREE for that model.

 

I have raised a query to HP store, which I have received an acknowledgement for, advbising that they would respond to me within 48 hours. That time will be up shortly and if HP aren't willing to refund the purchase of the 3 year support pack I shall be repackaging the whole order and requesting a refund for the entire order.
