Product: OfficeJet Pro 8620
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My 3-year nbd exchange Care Pack expires in a few days. I haven't received any notification from HP. Can the Care Pack be renewed for another 3 years? If so, how do I go about doing that?
