We've started to use webjet admin primarily for monitoring purposes.
Reporting is working fine with the HP printers but when it comes to Xerox Work Centre, WJA seem to be unable to access to any data regarding supply usage and all.
Whenever I generate a report, WJA completes it successfuly but I only recceive an email letting me know that no data retrieved.
Would anyone kindly advise me on what to do?
