Hello, @Tronix - Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I see that you are facing issues while trying to use the HP print service plugin on your Android device. I’d recommend you to use a different app to print.
First off, uninstall the HP print service plugin and other apps that you have installed on your phone. Now, install the HP ePrint app from the play store. Now, try and print using the HP ePrint app.
You can get the detailed steps here: http://hp.care/2nZ2DUz
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Cheers 🙂
