LaserJet 5200tn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The toner cannot be pulled out. It is stuck on the right side of the printer.

The left side gives way a little bit while the right side of the toner stays snuggly tight.

Two years ago, I was able to dismantle some part of the printer to remove the toner, and now, it's stuck again.

After removing some parts, to remove the toner, a white plastic pin fell out; don't know where it came from.

This pin is 3/8" (1mm) long. Any idea what this piin is from? Also, any idea how to solve the stuck toner issue?
