Is there a list of "end of support" dates for HP Laserjet printers?

I'm trying to plan/budget for when we need to replace our HP MFP M575 devices and HP LJ 600 M602 printers.

No, there is no such date, the parts will be available from HP at least 5 years after printers are discontinued, and you will find parts for printers several years later.

M602 is an amazing printer, don't retire it yet. The M602 can handle 1M pages with regular service intervals, nowadays new printers can't match M602.

There are targeted end of life dates, but in most cases access to that information is restricted and not shareable due to NDA agreements signed by HP partners. Typically the end of life will become public when it has happened. The M575 has already been replaced by the M577 and now the M578.  The M602 series were replaced by the M604/5/6, which were replaced by the M607/8/9 and then the M610/11/12. The challenge with older machines is that in some cases they simply cannot be updated to the latest security standards and depending on your environment could pose a regulatory compliance risk.
