HP Office jet 5230

Hi

I keep getting the following error message on my printer screen ''Romove and re install the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed - if this message continues to appear, replace the cartridge''

The message relates to the black cartridge

I have re installed the cartridge numerous times, it then prints one page and then goes back to the error message.

The instant ink cartridge was installed in April 2018 and has worked fine untill today.

There does not seem to be a build up of ink or damage to the cartridge.

Any idears on how to overcome this problem ?

How do you directly message instant ink to get a new cartridge sent - cannot see a chat box, just a virtual chat which is no help !

Tim
