Hello all,

I've been having an issue with the printer in subject ever since it has come out of the box. If you see the picture, anything printed comes out with spots of color (mostly magenta) throughout the document which isn't present originally. This is how it looks on every document printed and I've tried in greyscale and color as well. Both come out the same. Any help would be appreciated on why this is happening as I've been searching over a week now and looking through all the manuals. IMG_3871.JPG
