Hello,
I have an HP LaserJet 500 color MFP M570dn that is showing error 59.0240 could you help me please?

HP tech site that I get my support from is down at the moment. I can tell you that the 59 errors are related to motors and most likely this one is related to either the transfer belt or the alienation motor for the transfer belt.

Not familiar with this error code.  Please confirm error.  May be a bad fuser drive motor.  This print engine series usually had a lot of 59.F0 errors caused by a sticking solenoid on the fuser drive motor assembly.  Not an easy fix.
