Hi, 

I need HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fn firware in order to downgrade to 2018_05_10 or 2019_02_18 firmware . After Updating Firmware to 2019_07_18 i have problem with my device . please help me . i cant find any file to downgrade .

I'm afraid the firmware once updated cannot be downgraded. You may try resetting the printer to its factory settings which may help.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Dear Kumar0307,

Thanks for your help , it doesnt fix my problem and still my fax wont work . ( fax hardware is either missing or not seated after firmware update ) 

 

do we have a chance for next firmware update in order to solve this problem ?

 

Please Send a feedback to HP that this firmware update will harm device and fix it in next update . thats too bad .

If the error persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue with the fax component in the printer:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
