M175nw
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

my M175nw printer shows "Menu access is disabled" for every single menu, I can't connect to my home wireless network. I have recently change my home routers, although having the same SSID and password, but the printer somehow doesn't like it. 

 

I see many people having same issues, but no solution is given publicly which is quite annoying. 

Can someone help?

@JohnW91, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
